Roy is the Policy Research & Communications Officer at Philanthropy Ireland and was previously working as a Research and Policy Intern. She works across research, data analysis, and communications, with the goal of translating philanthropic policy into actionable insights to strengthen strategy and relationship-building.

With over 4 years of experience in social impact consulting, project management, and content development, Roy has worked in various sectors and capacities. She is a Master's of Public Policy graduate from University College Dublin, where she focused on non-profit law and evidence-based policymaking. She also holds an integrated Master of Arts degree in English Studies from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT-M), a premier research institute in India.
