UL Foundation

The University of Limerick Foundation’s strategic priorities centre on advancing education, research and development at the University of Limerick. This includes funding and facilitating academic projects, enhancing campus facilities, supporting scholarships, fellowships and chairs, strengthening international collaboration, and improving the University’s physical and academic environment. The Foundation also supports some local educational and community groups in the area.

Their Impact

The UL Foundation has been instrumental in advancing many of the University’s major capital projects, including the Glucksman Library, the Foundation Building, the Analog Devices Building, the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance, the School of Medicine, and the development of on-campus student accommodation. Beyond infrastructure, the Foundation has supported a wide range of academic initiatives that enhance both research and teaching excellence.
