We focus on the problem of extreme poverty in Sub Saharan Africa. We seek to fund companies that aim to increase farmer incomes (through access to credit, inputs, markets etc). The main outcome is higher incomes as measured by the company (through its direct link with farmers). This can be due to greater productivity or higher prices achieved for crops.
