Our featured speaker, Professor Oonagh B. Breen, will provide an expert overview of the legal and regulatory landscape surrounding cross-border giving. A Professor of Law at University College Dublin, Oonagh is widely recognised for her work on charity law and regulation, and has advised governments and organisations at both national and international levels.
